Return & Exchange policy

At Pama Women, we want you to genuinely love what you receive. But sometimes something may not fit quite right, or may simply not feel like you — and that’s completely okay.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply send us a message on WhatsApp at 9560069497 within 3 days of receiving your order. That’s all you need to do. Our team will take it from there and arrange the pickup for you.

Once you let us know, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from you. Return pickups usually take 7–10 days, so we request you to please allow us this time to have the order collected.

For returns, once the product reaches us, your refund will be processed to your preferred mode of payment via UPI or bank transfer.
