We allow exchange/ refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. The exchange query must be raised within 3 days from the date you received the parcel.

Exchange/ Return of item(s) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
- The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with the MRP Tags intact.
- PamaWomen reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.
Reverse Pick Up Policy for Domestic Customers
We offer our domestic customers a free of charge, simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds.
- After the return has been booked by the customer via call (+91 9560069497)/ email(support@pamawomen.com), please ensure that all the returnable item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The item(s) for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request. However in case of any discrepancy with regards to reverse pick up by our logistics partner, please inform our Customer Support via call or e-mail us within 24 -48 hours from date of the failure of the logistic partner to pick up the item(s) within the stipulated period of 5 days. Failing to report the issue within stipulated time may result in us not accepting your complaint as we won’t be able to take the investigation forward.
- After the receipt of item(s), your request for refund/exchanges would be processed.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- We do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.
Return Policy for Foreign Customers
- We do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.
- In order to initiate the process of return, the foreign customers are required to inform our customer support or e-mail us within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Failure to inform may result in us not accepting the returned items.
- After informing us in accordance with the above-mentioned point, customers in United States and United Kingdom can self-ship the item(s) to the below mentioned shippiing address. The returnable item(s) must reach the stated shipping address within 21 days of receiving the parcel.

Claiming Refunds
- For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or transactions made through UPI:
- As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
- In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
- Refunds will not be applicable incase a foreign customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
- The customer has the option to choose one of the two modes for refund - E-Vouchers or transfer into customer’s bank account.
- In case of transfer into customer’s bank account, please note that refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
- Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check).
